CTS Lunch & Learn:  Application Lifecycle Management

Join Microsoft and CTS as our guest for a lunch presentation and discussion on Application Lifecycle Management, Software Quality Programs, and Microsoft’s Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server applications. During the seminar, we will discuss key engineering and quality principles and illustrate how TFS helps you improve efficiency and reduce costs in your software development initiatives. We will look at the evolutionary processes of software development and identify the following:

  • How to improve the processes
  • Key strategies to reduce costs
  • Areas of weakness in the lifecycle
